Combined Sewer Overflow 34-3 Completed in 2014, the CSO 34-3 project on Ray and 21st in Spokane is 1,030,000 gallon cast in place concrete control facility with site piping, electrical, and mechanical rooms, and odor controls. The final project will include park like setting with sidewalks, grass pavers, and plants.

Kendall Yards Stormwater Facility The City of Spokane and Kendall Yards Storm Water facility consisted of a cast in place storm water tank with 4 submersible pumps, site piping, and electrical. Adjacent to the tank location was 72” sensitive(old) sewer pipe that required protection with a pile and lagging system. Project also included placing new manholes and piping in a heavily used roadway in a short 14 day window. Completed 2013

Combined Sewer Overflow #10 This City of Spokane project was a cast in place concrete sewer control structure with flush tanks and associated hydraulic/mechanical equipment. The project was constructed in the middle of a neighborhood where hours of operation, noise, and interference with traffic flows were all critical to project success. completed in 2011

Combined Sewer Overflow # 16/18 The City of Spokane’s CSO # 16/18 was a cast in place concrete structure with flushway chambers and control facilities. This project was constructed on highly sensitive archeological dig site with signifcant excavation restrictions imposed by the Spokane Tribe, and the City of Spokane.

Combined Sewer Overflow #6 Shadle Bluff CSO #6 Control facility is the construction of a 900,000+ gallon CSO tank with mechanical and electrical facilities, structure excavation, shoring, and roadway reconstruction. It includes 2,000+ linear feet of storm, sanitary, and sewer drainage piping, and sidewalks, and landscaping. Expected Completion November 2015
