Ash Grove Unloading Terminal
The Ash Grove Unloading Terminal project was the excavation, placing, and backfilling of the concrete equipment pit and conveyor pits under the railroads. We installed various metals and the final concrete work including pipe supports and building footings.
Riverside Parking Structure
The Riverside Parking Structure Improvement project was a remarkable Design-Build project, reconstructing a failing section of the overhanging parking structure. Clearwater Construction teamed with Coffman Engineers and Budinger & Associates to develop a feasible design recommendation that would accommodate the owners schedule and budget.

Lime Slurry Tank Removal
The Lime Slurry Tank Removal and Installation project consisted of the removal and installation of a lime slurry tank at the Waste to Energy Facility in Spokane, WA.
Water And Wastewater Treatment Plants
Lincoln Street Avista Transformer Vault
The Lincoln Street Avista Transformer Vault project was unique because it required emergency repair due to the delamination of the existing concrete walls which had potential to collapse into the three transformers housed in the vault. Clearwater Construction and Coffman Engineers worked together to design and construct an immediate fix. This involved designing and providing three T-shaped precast wall panels, concrete demolition, cast-in-place concrete columns to tie precast sections together, along with backfill and cleanup in a short, two week window.

Sprague Lake Access Improvements
The Sprague Lake Access Improvements involved the construction of the a boarding float, piling abutment, and asphalt parking lot at the Department's Sprague Lake Access, located in Sprague, WA
Royal City Canal Lining
The 2015 Royal City Canal Lining project in Royal City, WA, included the placement of shotcrete and cast in place concrete in approximately 2590 linear feet of the West Canal.
Pullman Building Supply
The Pullman Building Supply project involved the construction of a new metal building. Clearwater's scope included placement of the building's footings, floor slab, and retaining walls.
Cheyne Transfer Station
The Cheyne Transfer Station project involved the construction of a new transfer facility at the existing landfill site near Yakima, WA. Clearwater's portion of the project included all of the cast-in-place concrete for the scales, hazardous waste removal, and constructing walls and a tipping slab for the transfer building.
